1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the SQOOM Horse website (the "Site"), operated by our parent company Bionmed Technologies GmbH ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Site or use our services. This agreement applies to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use the Site.

2. Products and Sales

Pricing: All prices are listed in Swedish Krona (SEK) or the applicable local currency and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include shipping costs or any applicable taxes or duties, which will be added to your total.

30-Day Trial for Professionals: We may offer a 30-day trial period for qualified professionals (e.g., veterinarians, licensed therapists). This offer is subject to its own specific terms and eligibility requirements, which will be provided at the time of the offer. The company reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.

3. User Accounts (Practitioner Portal)

If you create an account on our Site (e.g., for the "Practitioner Portal"), you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

4. Intellectual Property

The Site and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Bionmed Technologies GmbH and its licensors. In no event shall Bionmed Technologies GmbH, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Site or product.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Bionmed Technologies GmbH and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of your use and access of the Site or product.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
